• ASTM A 615/A615 M:2020, suitable for structural, concrete reinforcement, and general use.
• BS 4449:2005+A3:2016, ideal for structural and concrete reinforcement purposes.
• KWS GSO ISO 6935 -2/2019, designed for structural and general applications.
Size Range
We offer steel billets in the following sizes:
• 100 mm x 100 mm: Weighing 78 kg per meter with a length of 3 to 6 meters.
• 125 mm x 125 mm: Weighing 122 kg per meter with a length of 3 to 6 meters.
• 130 mm x 130 mm: Weighing 132 kg per meter with a length of 3 to 6 meters.
Physical Parameters
Our billets are manufactured with precise specifications, including:
• Side dimension tolerance of ±3%.
• Rhomboidity of up to 8%.
• Maximum diagonal difference of 12 mm.
• Corner radius not exceeding 4 mm.
• Camber (bend) limited to 5 mm/m, up to a maximum of 50 mm.
• Angular twist of 1°/m to 6° maximum.
• Both ends flame cut, with a cutting length tolerance of 0 to +100 mm.
Each billet is marked with a heat number, either punched or handwritten at the cut face, ensuring traceability.
Surface & Internal Quality
Our billets are guaranteed to be free from defects, including slag patches, longitudinal or transverse cracks, corner or joint billet cracks, scum, scab, pinholes, blowholes, pipes, internal cracks, or deep oscillation marks. They meet the highest quality standards to ensure smooth performance in final applications.
Chemical Composition
Our billets have a maximum composition of:
• Carbon: 0.40%, Silicon: 0.45%, Manganese: 1.50%, Phosphorus: 0.05%, and Sulfur: 0.05%.
The carbon equivalent (CE) is calculated as:
CE = C + Mn/6 + (Cr+Mo+V)/5 + (Cu+Ni)/15.
Custom chemical compositions can be provided upon request. Please contact our Sales & Marketing team for more details.
